LuxSATConsult is a Luxembourg based multi-disciplinary consulting firm to provide an independent business, technology and management assessment and strategic decision-making assistance to:

Our Team
Dr. Farzin Arzpayma Managing Director
Farzin Arzpayma is a Managing Director of LuxSATConsult with over 38 years of international and broad industrial experience well versed in space systems and radio-communication technologies sector. He has worked through his career with a wide range of international satellite industry players and has been involved in assessing the customer application missions, business intelligence, marketing analyses, financial requirements, and has resolved the plethora of issues arising during the predevelopment, design and implementation of large and small GEO and LEO spacecrafts missions, communication payloads, TT&C subsystems and RF instrument electronics contracts.
Today in LuxSATConsult, Dr. Farzin Arzpayma and his team of industry experts and advisors provide a value-added service to assist the European institutional and private industry customers in feasibility and market studies, procurement processes, and subcontract monitoring of their subcontractors on space and ground systems, with focus on emerging new space ventures and small satellites constellations in many projects and entrepreneurial endeavours. Previously, he was with OHB LuxSpace as business development, proposal manager. He had senior consulting in multiple projects management and entrepreneurial endeavours in Canada, and France. Before he was a satellite system engineer specialized in communications payloads architectures and TT&C subsystems control and monitoring working at TAS and AIRBUS.
He has a MS in Electronics and Communication Engineering degree from King’s College University of London in UK, and Diploma of Docteur Ingénieur from Supelec – University of Paris XI (Orsay) France in Signal Processing and Automatics. He is a member of IEEE.
